To broaden access to affordable housing and healthcare, American Affordable Housing Association launched the Strategic Healthcare Partnership. Currently, around one-third of low-income or homeless individuals suffer from chronic health issues. American Affordable Housing Association collaborates with leading healthcare institutions across the nation to deliver comprehensive services, thereby promoting the health and overall welfare of countless residents in our service areas.
